Joe Holmes

Description

Joe Holmes is an American hard rock and heavy metal musician known for his work as a touring guitarist for David Lee Roth and Ozzy Osbourne. He began playing guitar at age 9 and later studied under legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads. In December 2024, Holmes released "Cross Eyed Stare", the first single from his upcoming self-titled album. This album, written by Holmes and collaborator Brent Hoffort, highlights his musical chemistry with Robert Trujillo (Metallica) and Mike Bordin (Faith No More), members of Ozzy Osbourne's band, as well as vocalist Robert Locke. Both of Holmes' solo albums were co-produced with Rich Mouser, who recorded and mixed them at Mouse House Studio in Altadena, California.
