Description

It was in the anxiety-ridden atmosphere of the first lockdown that the genesis of ACID BODY MUSIC, the second album by MODULHATER (Thomas PAPAY aka Le Diktat, LDKT and Rope), took shape. As a cathartic response to the injunction to stay still, MODULHATER produces 10 tracks with ACID, EBM and INDUSTRIAL influences that are both explosive and furious. Rigorous and cathartic analog Techno heavily influenced by the pioneers of DETROIT or the late 80s atmosphere of the NEW BEAT /EBM scene, vintage synthesizers and drum machines roar, hypnotic Basslines pound, MODULHATER leads us into a dystopian universe where the Dancefloor drowned in strobe lights is here populated by cyborgs.
