Since more than twenty years, the New York trio Medeski, Martin & Wood is the only one to combine experimental jazz, groovy funk, and sensual jams. The collaboration with jazz legend John Scofield was therefore a no-brainer! The trio had supported the virtuoso guitarist in his irresistible album 'A Go Go', while in exchange, he joined the group for this album.
