Description

"Peut-être Un Jour" brings together twelve autobiographical songs by Mathieu Malon. Some resemble outlets, stemming from a desire to rediscover group dynamics, to record "naturally, in a basement" under the guidance of the unshakeable sound architect PE. In the company of drummer Philippe Entressangle (Etienne Daho), guitarist Sébastien Gautron, bassist Lionel Laquerrière (Nestor Is Bianca, Yann Tiersen) and pianist Jean-Christophe d'Arnell (Collectiond'Arnell-Andrea), Matthieu Malon sorted through his repertoire and refined these tracks, allowing all his musical obsessions to infuse – the indie scene and 80s new wave, post-rock and slowcore from the beginning of the following decade – to better share them.
