In July 1955, at the age of 19, Luciano Pavarotti traveled to Wales, joining his father in a Modena choir to participate in the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod. They overwhelmingly won the male voice competition. Later, Luciano Pavarotti would consider this experience a turning point that shaped his destiny. Forty years later, in 1995, he returned to give a very special concert. Here is the recording of this unprecedented historic concert.
