Description

Recorded in 1967 but released in 1978, Lee Morgan’s The Procrastinator is one of the triumphs of the trumpeter’s output. Featuring a sextet of Wayne Shorter, Bobby Hutcherson, Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Billy Higgins, the session yielded sublime performances of six Morgan and Shorter compositions. Blue Note Classic Vinyl all-analog stereo edition, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes and pressed on 180g vinyl at Optimal.
