Krak In Dub - Catleya (Bogotá Sessions) KRAK IN DUB's sonic journey where ancestral Colombian musical traditions intertwine with the invigorating breath of new generations. In 2019, Krak in Dub, a French producer of Argentinian origin, known as one of the pioneers of Drum and Bass and Dub in France, embarked on a journey through Latin America; a return to his roots, from Mexico to Argentina, passing through Cuba, which proved to be an inspiring setting conducive to writing the album Catleya. He recorded it in just a few days at the Panoramica studio, perched on the rooftops of Bogotá, with talented artists from the new Colombian music scene. CATLEYA, named in homage to Colombia's national flower, invites listeners on an electronic and acoustic sonic odyssey to the farthest reaches of Colombia, where the Gaitas and Tambores of the Caribbean harmonize with the marimbas and powerful voices of the Pacific coast.
