Released in November 2000, Ivy’s third studio album, Long Distance, is considered by many to be their definitive album. It's heavily influenced by trip hop and new wave while retaining the blend of pop and indie rock that made them famous. Long Distance includes some of Ivy’s most well-known songs such as “Worry About You,” “Undertow,” and their signature song “Edge of the Ocean.” This 25th-anniversary edition includes a previously unreleased track, “All I Ever Wanted,” produced by Lloyd Cole in 1996 during the recording of their album Apartment Life. Also included are a remix and the original demo of “Edge of the Ocean,” along with extensive liner notes by the band. Double LP.
