The French metal band Gojira, undoubtedly one of the most respected extreme metal bands in the world today, will release their new album "L'Enfant Sauvage" on June 25, the fifth album of the quartet (their first with Roadrunner). Formed in 2001 by the Duplantier brothers (Joe and Mario, respectively singer-guitarist and drummer), Christian Andreu (guitar) and Jean-Michel Labadie (bass), Gojira has managed to earn its stripes on the international metal scene: whether with Metallica (who personally chose them to open for them in the United States and Europe) or Lamb of God (who also took them on tour), the band from Landes enjoys an unparalleled popularity that has far exceeded our borders. Recorded in New York and produced by Josh Wilbur, "L'Enfant Sauvage" follows "The Way of All Flesh" (2008), which allowed Gojira to hit the road for nearly 2 years. This new album will allow fans to rediscover the sound that made the band's success, between technical death metal and atmospheric groove metal.
