When Gary Moore stepped onto the stage of Switzerland's Baloise Session in Basel on November 13th, 2008, it was a red-letter occasion, bringing one of the blues-rock world’s biggest names to one of the world's most respected stages. Nobody in the crowd that night suspected the great Irish bluesman was nearing the end. But when Moore passed away just over two years later, aged just 58, the show took on an even greater poignancy, etched into the memory of everyone who was there.
