Two years after releasing Now What ?!, an album that marked their return to the forefront, Deep Purple now offers us two live albums from the Now What ?! Tour: From The Setting Sun... (In Wacken)... / ...To The Rising Sun (In Tokyo). These albums recount two concerts played under very different conditions, showcasing two faces of the legendary English band. From The Setting Sun... (In Wacken) was recorded at the Wacken festival in 2013, in front of more than 90,000 people. For the first time in years, the band felt they had to win over the audience. The result is a wild and explosive concert, full of tension, like Deep Purple used to deliver at the beginning of their career.... To The Rising Sun (In Tokyo) was recorded at the Budokan in Tokyo in April 2014, at the very place where the album Made In Japan was recorded. That night, Deep Purple delivered a perfect concert, in front of an audience already won over, where all the songs flowed naturally.
