Une échappée musicale quelque part entre l'Orient et l'Occident...The singer Ljuba de Angelis, from the Italian scene, with an incredibly versatile voice, along with pianist Lionel Trillo, present their first opus titled Origo. The musical aesthetic underlying this album is situated at the crossroads of several currents placed at the immediate periphery of jazz (world music, blues, bossa nova, French chanson, etc.). This approach, clearly embraced, is driven by a constant desire to synthesize these different currents. The double bassist Georges Correia and drummer Thomas Delor complete the quartet.
