Description

A documentary film about Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, composed of two performances filmed during the concerts organized for Musicians United for Safe Energy (MUSE), commonly referred to as the No Nukes concerts, which took place at Madison Square Garden in September 1979. A 90-minute documentary featuring 13 tracks, 10 of which have never been filmed before. The Legendary 1979 No Nukes Concerts presents remixed and remastered audio excerpts from the concerts and was edited from the original 16 mm film by Thom Zimny, a longtime collaborator of Springsteen. Among the other artists who participated in these events are Tom Petty, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, James Taylor, Carly Simon, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and many more.
