Britny Fox is the first self-titled album by the American glam metal band Britny Fox, released in 1988. It was praised by critics and nearly became a platinum record. The first single "Long Way To Love" was aired on MTV and the band was named best new group by Metal Edge magazine in 1988. Britny Fox was formed in Philadelphia in 1985 with singer and rhythm guitarist "Dizzy" Dean Davidson at the helm. Other band members included Billy Childs on bass and two former members of the band Cinderella: Michael Kelly Smith on lead guitar and Tony Destra on drums.
