Orbit ceremony 77
Description
Lost record from 1977, by the pioneer of electronic music better known as BLACK DEVIL DISCO CLUB, Orbit Ceremony 77 is a musical journey through a space-time rift. Unreleased album, inspired by science fiction, restored from the original multitracks by Bernard Fèvre himself, or when the term 'retro-futuristic' takes on its full meaning.Almost half a century ago, Bernard Fèvre, the man who would also give birth to Black Devil Disco Club and influence several generations of producers (Aphex Twin, Daft Punk, Justice...), released three library music albums: Suspense (1975), Cosmos 2043 (1977) and The Strange World of Bernard Fevre (1977), remastered and reissued last year. Deemed too experimental, they nevertheless did not meet with success at the time, much to the dismay of their creator, who then decided to put his career on hold, until the Chemical Brothers' sample in 1999 on their flagship album Surrender awakened the beast.A fourth album, Orbit Ceremony, produced between 1976 and 1977 in Paris at Fèvre's home studio had unfortunately never seen the light of day. Luckily, three years ago, while working on his reissues, Fèvre unearthed the tapes of Orbit Ceremony, whose existence he himself had forgotten. By a miracle, he found the separate tracks and decided to digitize, remix and remaster these lost songs himself, in order to share them as they should have 'sounded' at the time.Buy Orbit ceremony 77 at the best price
