Twenty years later, the songwriter with the inseparable Weissenborn guitar and the former collaborator of, among others, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, and John Lee Hooker, released *Get Up!* A luminous album at the crossroads of gospel, country, folk, and R&B. Driven by a rare chemistry, this debut effort resulted in a modern blues classic and marked the beginning of a fruitful collaboration. *Get Up!* is now available again on vinyl for its 10th-anniversary release.
