In 1979 Barrington Levy released the album Englishman, recorded at Channel One studio, produced by Henry "Junjo" Lawes, mixed by Prince Jammy with the Roots Radics Band musicians including Earl "Chinna" Smith on guitar. A magnificent album that established Barrington Levy as the torchbearer of the new Jamaican wave of the late 70s.
