Description
In their first album, Daydream (November 2019), Backyard folk Club explores and diversifies their sound. Across eleven songs ranging from folk ballads to piano-vocal pieces, interspersed with more dreamlike atmospheres, two intertwined female voices offer a raw, honest, and at times tender perspective on their own condition. Instruments rarely heard before from Folk Club – electric guitar and drums – appear here and there, adding depth to the compositions.
