Sings The Most feat. Oscar Peterson

Description

Recorded in 1957, Anita Sings the Most is the only recording session, live or in the studio, on which Anita O'Day was backed by the legendary pianist Oscar Peterson, who appears here with his trio of the time, consisting of guitarist Herb Ellis and bass giant Ray Brown. John Poole, Anita's most faithful collaborator, also plays on this date, which is one of the most important in the singer's career. O'Day herself considered it one of her best recordings.
