And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead (also known as Trail Of Dead) is an American alternative rock band known for their wild and energetic live shows. The main members of the band are Jason Reece and Conrad Keely, who alternate between drums, guitar, and vocals, both on record and in concert. Their eighth studio album, Lost Songs, was released in 2012 and its lyrics address war, tyranny, and apathy, themes familiar to the band. It includes 12 tracks and four bonus tracks: "Skywhaling", "Mountain Battle Song", "Verschollene Songs", and "Idols Of Perversity". Like several of its predecessors, the album was produced by Chris "Frenchie" Smith, who has notably worked with Meat Puppets, Jet, and The Dandy Warhols.
