Chosen by director Gareth Edwards (with whom he collaborated on Godzilla), Desplat follows in the footsteps of John Williams. He subtly adapts and reinvents the franchise's iconic themes to serve the story. His score is a blend of power and delicacy, where magnificent piano melodies offer respite from thundering percussion, creating a grand and essential addition to the Jurassic universe. The album is pressed on 140g double vinyl, with distinctive "Red Smoke" and "Green Smoke" patterns.
