'Rock'n Rose' is Alain Chamfort's third studio album, released in 1977 by CBS Records. This album marks the first collaboration between Chamfort and Serge Gainsbourg, who wrote all the lyrics for the album. Despite the album's mixed success, selling over 75,000 copies, this first collaboration between the two artists produced tracks such as "Joujou à la casse" (released as a 45-rpm single) and "Baby Lou," which were covered by Lio and Jane Birkin in 1982 and 1983, respectively.
