A musicality that runs through the album from end to end. Passion, commitment, and talent characterize the young singer - Agathe Iracema. Daughter of a Brazilian bassist, Agathe grew up in Paris. She knows the Parisian stages before she can read and write. Since her early childhood, she lives and breathes music. Waking up to Caetano Veloso and falling asleep to the sound of Miles Davis' trumpet. She goes through her childhood singing and dancing. Little money to pay for a babysitter, her parents take her to all the concerts - fortunately. At 14, she participates in a workshop led by Sheila Jordan; the great Lady of Jazz lends an ear: « I heard Agathe for the first time during a masterclass in Paris. I was blown away by her fantastic talent.
