Synth-wave. After being called "the best band in the country" by their London scene compatriots Fat White Family, Meatraffle's third album, Base and Superstructure, recruits Dante Traynor (behind the production of the Fat White anthem "Feet"), as well as their keyboardist Chris OC, for production and mixing, giving their music an infernal miasma to support its trumpet clamor and sensual pop.
