Producer, DJ, sound engineer, and multi-instrumentalist from New Zealand, Lord Echo has been twisting and untwisting for over a decade his dual mastery of 60s/70s production techniques and the modern aesthetic of dancefloors through an ultra-smooth blend of funk intertwined with boogie, reggae dressed with disco, soul with futuristic trappings, and timeless African rhythms. On the occasion of the release of his new album, the label Soundway reissues the first chapter of his trilogy begun in 2010 with Melodies, followed by Curiosities (2013) and closed by Harmonies (2017). Includes the massive cover of "Thinking of You" by Sister Sledge.
