This page gathers new vinyl releases that do not fit any specific genre on the site: unclassifiable projects, records that straddle several styles, spoken-word recordings, sound collections and special editions. The selection is small and changes as new records arrive. For everything else, the all new vinyl releases page and the genre pages cover most recent releases.
For each record listed here, you can compare offers from several partner stores, see which editions are available, and check whether it is on pre-order or already in stock. Vinyles.com does not sell records itself: clicking an offer takes you straight to the store's site, where ordering and shipping are handled. Displayed prices let you spot the best offer at a glance.
New albums generally come out on Fridays, a release day shared by most countries since 2015. Vinyl often arrives the same day as digital, though pressing delays can push it back a few weeks. Record Store Day, held each spring at independent record shops, brings limited editions and reissues. Anniversaries of landmark albums also lead to many reissues, some of them expanded with demos, live tracks or new liner notes.
The same new record can come in several versions. Standard black vinyl is usually the easiest to find and the cheapest. Color or marbled vinyl is often limited, sometimes exclusive to one store. "180-gram" means a thicker, stiffer disc; it is a sign of durability, but sound quality depends first on mastering and manufacturing.
Before comparing prices, make sure you are comparing the same edition: color, number of discs, gatefold jacket and extras such as a booklet or download card all change the price. A "deluxe" double LP and a plain black single LP can carry the same title and very different prices, even though the core music is identical.
For a limited edition or color variant, pre-ordering is the surest way to get it, since these runs can sell out by release day. For a standard edition, waiting until release often lets you compare prices across stores at your own pace. Either way, comparing offers on the record's page helps you spot the cheapest current option once shipping is factored in, which can tip the balance on a single LP.
