Piston is a musical group made up of 17 musicians in which the rhythm section supports a large brass section. It is a joyful album, an album that inspires celebration and dancing, which Latin music knows how to deliver around Afro-Cuban rhythms: mambo, habanera, cha cha cha and bolero. On this album, the musicians of Piston revisit these great standards that we were able to partly discover through the worldwide success of the Buena Vista Club or the timeless performances of Cumpay Segundo.
