«I found myself dreaming of this album in circumstances where escaping reality through the mind was salutary. Playing on a loop the themes and songs invented in recent years, humming them to myself “mezzo voce” was then of great help to me. Charting the course is sometimes a necessity, a saving act, nevertheless risky. Moving, even symbolically, is never free but, in the end, always worthwhile. One preserves oneself by becoming another. Music, words, above, below form a comforting viaticum that I would like to share here. To help me on the journey, my dear friends brought me precious provisions. I thank them for it» Marc Perrone
