This album features a hybrid lineup of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, bringing together Mitch Mitchell, a member of the original lineup, and Billy Cox, from Band of Gypsys. Recorded on May 30, 1970 at the Berkeley Community Theater, it captures one of Jimi Hendrix’s last great concerts, less than five months before his passing.
