Zofia Neugebauer releases her first album, "Il Vento Non Scritto", on Berlin Classics. It features Mozart's flute concertos as well as two cadenzas of her own composition. The recording is accompanied by the Folkwang Chamber Orchestra Essen, under the direction of Johannes Klumpp.Zofia Neugebauer is a flutist of Polish origin. She studied at the Karol Szymanowski Music School in Wroclaw and at the Basel Music Academy, interrupting her studies to join the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic (2017-2019). She has been principal flutist of the Lucerne and Basel Symphony Orchestras and regularly performs as a soloist with orchestras such as the Gürzenich Orchestra, Camerata Zürich, and the Verbier Festival Orchestra.
