yeule, aka Nat Cmiel, is a non-binary, multidisciplinary artist and cyborg entity based in London and Singapore. Their album Glitch Princess opens a channel into the in-between spaces: error messages and corrupted computer code on which soothing non-melodies comfortably rest among the jagged edges of feedback loops. Nat’s experiences with sobriety have unleashed a torrent of emotion, and Glitch Princess is a pure extract of that deluge. Video game soundtracks, experimental shoegaze sounds and ethereal whispers unite to construct an underworld with, every now and then, an erratic dance beat guiding one deeper into this fever dream. yeule invites transcendence into a post-human world where expression is no longer tied to identity, but in which we are free to assemble ourselves according to our affinities.
