Italian beat jazz masters, Koralle & Yawuh, unite for their first collaborative album, Primo Quarto. Born in a Bolognese building, the album tells nocturnal stories between jazz and hip-hop, composed between the first floor (Yawuh's place) and the fourth (Koralle's studio). The thirteen tracks blend live instruments and refined beats, featuring local musicians (Matteo Magnaterra, Piergiorgio Perrella), American rappers (Anti Lilly, Tiff The Gift, Physical Graffiti), and international producers. The title, Primo Quarto, refers to the first quarter moon, symbolizing a balance between light and shadow, visible and hidden. This duality guides the entire album, reflecting a musical friendship and a search for harmony between clarity and mystery.
