Denmark's The Wands have remained stuck in the '60s and '70s, and they're proving it! The psychedelic rock duo is releasing their debut album, *The Dawn*, and launching a European tour to promote it. The Wands formed in 2011 in Copenhagen, Denmark, around Christian Skibdal and Mads Gräs.
