To celebrate 20 years of Lookaftering and Vashti Bunyan's 80th birthday, a special enhanced edition is being released. It includes the original tracks, demos, alternate takes, live performances, and a 16-page booklet illustrated with paintings by her daughter Whyn Lewis. The demos, recorded between 2001 and 2005, reveal a stripped-down and experimental sound, while the live performance of Lately remains true to the album. Max Richter, producer, speaks of a "community project, an artistic family gathered around Vashti."
