This is precisely the mindset Lætitia Tamko (aka Vagabon) adopted throughout the creation of her second self-titled album, which she entirely wrote and produced. After her previous album "Infinite Worlds," which was more in the Indie Rock vein, this time the artist deftly navigates between genres, offering us a delicious blend of influences, emotions, and varied atmospheres. We find percussions and a vocal approach inspired by hip-hop, R&B, and folk sounds, as well as the guitars and West African rhythms of her childhood. Vagabon consistently impresses with her unique melodies, but also through her highly polished visual world, with each of her music videos vying for aesthetic beauty and originality.
