The fourth studio album by legendary noise rock band Unsane is renowned for its abrasive and powerful sound, blending punk, metal, and industrial music, and highlighting the incisive urban commentary characteristic of their work. Released in 1998, "Occupational Hazard" marked a turning point in pre-millennial underground rock culture and won over a wider audience thanks to the track "Committed," featured on the soundtrack of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, thus arguably becoming the most played Unsane song in their history.Originally released on Relapse Records, the album has been remastered by Andrew Schneider, a longtime collaborator and sound engineer. All versions include the bonus track "No Soul," originally released on limited edition vinyl on the Man's Ruin label.
