The trio Unloved is back with The Pink Album, due out on September 2nd via Heavenly Recordings/[PIAS]. The 22-track double album, whose title is inspired by the work of designer Julian House, includes collaborations with Jarvis Cocker, Étienne Daho, Raven Violet, and Jon Spencer. Both dawn and dusk, epic and intimate, uninhibited and unrestrained: it represents a kind of raw emotion metamorphosed. The Pink Album is a form of raw and free experimentation, from its instrumental arrangements to the singer's voice. The album symbolizes man, woman, humanity, love, and death.
