Mark Robinson and Trevor Kampmann form Uncomfortable Police. They have been collaborating for years. First under the name Fang Wizard (2011), then as Party Milk in 2023. While those albums are primarily instrumental, this new 15-song album Michelin Star Hardcore sees them both singing solo and in chorus. Mark started and played in the bands Unrest (which just released the 30th anniversary edition of their album Perfect Teeth with 4AD), Air Miami, Flin Flon, Grenadine, and many others. Trevor has been recording his solo tracks under the name Holland for years and has produced and mastered albums by bands like Cat Power and Explosions In The Sky. They are produced on Mark's founding label, Teenbeat, which he started at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia, near Washington D.C.
