Avec 40 ans de carrière au compteur, Twisted Sister a décidé de tirer sa révérence suite au décès, le 20 mars 2015, de son batteur A.J. Pero. C'est en hommage à ce dernier que le groupe s'était produit le 30 mai 2015 à The Joint, la fameuse salle de spectacle du Hard Rock Casino de Las Vegas. Ce concert exceptionnel et fort en émotions a été filmé et sa sortie marque le lancement d'une collection de DVD intitulée "Metal Meltdown". Twisted Sister reprend tous les hits qui ont pavé sa prolifique carrière. Pour l'occasion le groupe avait recruté le batteur Mike Portnoy (The Winery Dogs, Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold). Le Blu Ray contient également un concert filmé à Rockshow et un documentaire sur les 40 ans du groupe.
