After their 2020 effort "Ego", the Danish indie hardcore punkrock band Tvivler has crossed borders with their new album on the Norwegian label Fysisk Format. "Kilogram" was recorded at Black Tornado Studios in Copenhagen. Formed out of a desire to create violent and cathartic hardcore, Tvivler was born with members from well-known local and international bands such as Lack, Children Of Fall, and Town Portal, exploring the experimental side of hardcore punk without being separated from its roots. Tvivler is a band that shows its love for the outer spectrums of punk, with equal nods to a commercial (punk)pop act like Blondie and an aggressive thrashy metal punk band like Brutal Truth, with more appropriate comparisons to bands like Fugazi and Shellac.
