In the spring of 1985, the post-punk band Trisomie 21 returned to the studio to record a new batch of songs. Trisomie 21's notoriety grew after two concerts in Belgium, and the Brussels label Play It Again Sam decided to sign them. In September 1985, the mini-album "Wait & Dance," featuring 5 songs, was released by the PIAS Scarface sub-label. It included the band's first female vocals on two of the tracks. Unfortunately, some songs had phase issues, causing partial cancellation of the mono playback. The band then remixed the songs and reissued them on CD only in 1987. We have added the 5 remixes as bonus tracks presented here for the first time on vinyl. All songs have been remastered for vinyl by George Horn at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley. The record is housed in a replica of the original sleeve with an illustration by Sourdeval and includes a postcard with lyrics and notes.
