Sorority in music: bravo to the Trio Sypniewski!Born in 2016, the Trio Sypniewski brings together Magdalena, Anna and Caroline Sypniewski. For "Origines", their first album, the three sisters return both to the birth of the string trio and to that of their training. The program includes Purcell's viol fantasies, intimate pieces nourished by the historically informed practice of the musicians, the trios of Sibelius and Beethoven (the 3rd of opus 9, the most ardent and innovative of his production), and the intense 'Cloud Trio' by Kaija Saariaho. So many terrains where the Sypniewski sisters play with virtuosity the paradox of this three-player game, where singularity and cohesion serve the same discourse, which they sculpt with precision and poetry in total commitment.
