For their first recording as a trio, David, Jérémie and Edgar Moreau chose Schubert's two piano trios. Playing this music as brothers creates for them an atmosphere of closeness and natural exchange, which highlights the richness and sensitivity of these works written shortly before the composer's death. The program also includes trio arrangements of several famous lieder (Der Hirt auf dem Felsen, Du bist die Ruh, Auf dem Wasser zu singen, Ständchen) made by the Moreau brothers or by Dimitri Soudoplatoff.
