Released in October 2006, the superb debut album by Anders Trentemoller, The Last Resort, has already become one of the most successful independent albums of that year. Rave reviews everywhere... The highlight for Trentemoller in 2007 will be the release of "Moan," the second single from the album. On the flip side, Trentemoller himself created a brilliant remix of the vocal version of "Moan," which was released on the limited edition bonus CD of the album. Trentemoller managed to preserve the melancholic and mystical atmosphere of the track with the voice of Danish talent Ane Trolle, but adds punchy drums, wailing synths, and a few extra guitars guaranteeing serious dancefloor action. Radioslave, aka Matt Edwards, aka Rekid, aka Quiet Village, one of the most in-demand remixers of the moment, made a major contribution with a remix on the B-side.
