Description

In 2017, a band from Lyon that had, for no valid reason, decided to name itself after a city it had never set foot in released its first album, Ceiling Coast. An incredible helter-skelter, a downpour of incandescent riffs, a veritable unleashing of harpies that, after reveling in the gaping wounds they carved into our gasping souls, left us exhausted, confused, but conquered, as after a Walpurgis Night. In 2023, we welcome Tricky Floors in the manner of the characters on the cover: turning their backs on an irremediably defiled world, finding wonder in a salutary dissolution of the ego in the face of a work that radiates like a sick sun and frantically transcends the sum of its parts.
