Sony Sweden is releasing a 20th-anniversary edition of the first solo album by Robert “Strings” Dahlqvist, guitarist of the legendary Swedish rock band The Hellacopters, titled "We Play For Pleasure." The album is recorded under the name Thunder Express, with Robert singing and playing guitar. Members of The Soundtrack of Our Lives also feature on the album. If you're not familiar with The Hellacopters, it's Dave Grohl's favorite band, and this album is highly regarded by Hellacopters fans. When the album was first released 20 years ago, it came out on CD and in a limited vinyl edition that quickly sold out and has since become a highly sought-after record. Robert tragically passed away in 2017.
