The group's name reflects the rapper's determination to impose his famous code of conduct, "The Hate U Gave Little Infants Fucks Everybody". A second volume was supposed to be released in 1996, but legend had other plans; 2Pac was assassinated in September after a boxing match in Las Vegas.
