It is a rare purely acoustic sonic alchemy that we are given access to with Time Is A Blind Guide, the group of Norwegian drummer Thomas Strønen, formed by Leo Svensson (cello), Ayumi Tanaka (piano), Ole Morten Vågan (double bass) and Håkon Aase (violin). Each instrument in the group contributes to the collective dynamic and the creation of soundscapes beautifully captured in the legendary acoustics of Oslo's Rainbow Studio. Recorded in 2021, the album was produced by Manfred Eicher.
