Rock'n'roll is often difficult to define, or even to find, in these times of musical fracture. But to paraphrase an old saying, you recognize it when you hear it. And we still hear it with The Wallflowers. Over the past 30 years, the band led by Jakob Dylan has established itself as one of the most dynamic and determined groups in rock. "Exit Wounds," true to its title, is an ode to individuals and collectives who have, to say the least, gone through trials. "I think everyone - no matter which side of the aisle you're on - wherever you go next, we all carry a lot of exit wounds with us," says Dylan.
