The Undertones formed in Northern Ireland in 1975. Their fourth album, 'The Sin Of Pride,' was released in 1983 and is by far their most experimental album to date. The band injected more up-tempo post-punk into their soul sound, resulting in a more open, mood- and groove-driven album. It still features some classic tracks including "Got To Have You Back," "Chain of Love," fan favorite "The Love Parade," and covers such as Leon Ware's "Got to Have You Back" or Smokey Robinson's "Save Me." This reissue is an exact replica of the original version and has been pressed for the first time on plum-colored vinyl.
